Our school recently organized a refreshing and meaningful session facilitated by Shri Sripathy, focusing on well-being, cooperation, and teamwork.
🌿 Highlights of the Session
Peaceful Beginning:
The session commenced with a prayer song, creating a calm, positive, and focused atmosphere for all the volunteers.
Introduction to Couple Yoga:
Volunteers were guided through a few simple and safe couple yoga postures, performed in pairs with mutual support and balance.
About Couple Yoga:
Encourages trust, coordination, and communication
Strengthens emotional bonding and mutual understanding
Improves flexibility, posture, balance, and breathing
Promotes mindfulness, patience, and harmony
Learning Through Experience:
After the yoga practice, volunteers shared their reflections. Many expressed feeling relaxed, energized, and more connected, and realized the importance of supporting one another.
Fun-filled Team Activity:
An interactive game was conducted to highlight the values of teamwork and cooperation. The activity was engaging, enjoyable, and full of enthusiasm.
Thoughtful Conclusion:
The session concluded with the chanting of the Swadesh Mantra, instilling a sense of unity, gratitude, and positive energy among the participants.
